Cincinnati Bell Inc. (NYSE:CBB) announced financial results for the third quarter of 2008 including revenue of $347 million, up $2 million or 1 percent year-over-year. Operating income was $80 million with net income of $27 million. Earnings per share on a diluted basis were 10 cents, which is a 12 percent increase over the third quarter of 2007. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization(1) (Adjusted EBITDA) equaled $120 million, which was even with a year ago.
